How do I list my hotel on BookQayam?
Register at bookqayam.com/register-hotel with your name, email and the hotel’s name, city and phone number. Once the BookQayam team verifies the property you get a dashboard to add rooms, photos and pricesand your hotel goes live for guests to book.
What does the hotel dashboard include?
Bookings and a live room calendar, guest check-in and check-out, housekeeping status per room, staff accounts, payments and invoices, guest reviewsand reports on occupancy and revenue. It works on desktop and phone, so the front desk and the owner see the same thing.
How much does it cost to list a hotel?
BookQayam runs on a monthly subscription for hotel owners, with a free trial to start. Plans differ by the number of rooms and which features are switched on- online booking, housekeeping, reviews, advanced reports and multi-property management. Guests never pay a fee to book.
Can my staff use the system too?
Yes. Add staff members from the dashboard and each gets their own login limited to the hotel’s day-to-day work- bookings, check-ins, room status- without access to billing or owner settings.
Does BookQayam handle my guests’ payments?
Guests pay you directly at the property. BookQayam records the booking and lets you log the payment against it- cash, card or bank transfer- so your reports and invoices stay complete without the platform holding your money.
Can I manage walk-in and phone bookings as well as online ones?
Yes. Bookings you take at the desk or over the phone are added from the dashboard in the same calendar as online reservations, so a room can never be double-booked between the two.
