No. You can browse every hotel, compare rooms and pricesand read guest reviews without signing up. A free account is only needed at the moment you confirm a booking, so the reservation is tied to you and you can manage it later.

Yes. Every property is registered by its owner or manager and reviewed by the BookQayam team before it appears on the site. Listings show the hotel’s real photos, address, phone number and amenitiesand guest reviews come only from completed stays.

Booking is free and there is no online payment to make. You pay the hotel directly at the property when you arrive, using whatever the hotel accepts. The price you see on BookQayam is the nightly rate the hotel has set.

Yes. Sign in, open My Bookingsand choose Cancel on the reservation. To change dates or rooms, cancel and book again, or contact the hotel using the phone number on your booking. Each hotel sets its own cancellation policy, so check it before you travel.
